(in)Frequently Asked Questions
Q. What shipping method do you use? A. All of my artwork is carefully packed and shipped via either USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground.
Q. What if I want my order to arrive faster? A. If you just can't wait to see your new gem in person, please contact me before paying and we will work out the specifics. Any extra shipping costs will be added to your (now grander) total. If you've already placed your order, contact me as soon as possible and I will get back to you with an adjusted total if the art hasn't already shipped.
Q. How much is US shipping? A. US shipping is free! Unless, as mentioned above, you request a faster shipping method. Then it depends.
Q. How much is international shipping? A. It depends on the size and weight of your package, and how fast you want it there. When you contact me for an international order I will give you some quotes.
Q. What is your preferred payment method? A. Credit cards or PayPal, because they're easy.
Q. Do I have to have a PayPal account to pay with a credit card? A. Nope. PayPal is just doing the hard part for me. You don't need an account with them to pay with a credit card.
Q. Can I pay with a personal cheque or money order? A. Sure. Just be certain they are US Dollar personal cheques and US Dollar money orders. I'm sorry but I can't accept cheques or money orders in foreign currency. My bank is silly and doesn't understand things like that.
Q. Can I pay by direct bank deposit? A. Identity theft much? (No, I don't.)
Q. How do I pay with a cheque/money order? A. First contact me letting me know which pieces you are interested in purchasing. I'll give you a total and place the item(s) on hold until your money has been received and cleared. If I haven't received your cheque/money order in the mail after two weeks I'll place the work back up for sale. Keep this in mind when sending your US dollar money order from overseas- use a mailing method that will get it here in time!
Q. What if I change my mind about my purchase? A. Besides making me cry, it's not a problem. Just return it to me within 10 business days and I'll issue a refund less the initial shipping cost. But to be fair, if I get that art back and it's totally mangled, there will be no refund. Then you, my friend, will find yourself the proud owner of some mangled artwork. After you pay return shipping, of course.
Q. What if my order arrives damaged?
A. Lucky for you I insure all packages. If your artwork has been damaged in transit just
file a claim for reimbursment with the idiots that broke it shipping company. Be sure to get in touch with me as well, since
I may be able to repair it. Send pics.
